Deductible $75 or $150 per each injury or sickness (deductible applies only once for each injury or sickness and not each time you visit the hospital or doctor. For 70+ age group deductible is $250 per each injury or sickeness.
Co-insurance Plan will pay 100% of the covered amount as listed in the benefits section
Eligibility - For non-United States citizens immigrating to the US or visiting for business, pleasure or to study - Age: 14 days to 99 years
